Pricing and Payment

All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable but exclude delivery charges.

Shipping

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control including customs procedures and public holidays.

Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of receipt.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
